1984

One of the books I read this summer was 1984. It is a book about a bad future. The main character works for the tyrannic government. The government controls everything in the peoples lives. They moniter everything also. The main character decides to rebel when he finds a women who works in the same government building as him. Some of the parts in this book are very baudy. The book is great and has a shocker ending that you will never see coming.

The Hunger Games

One of the books I read this summer was The Hunger Games. It was a superb book. The book is about the future U.S called Panem and the struggles in it. The main character Katniss gets chosen to be a person in the hunger games. the hunger games is a brutal game that only 1 of the 24 kids in it can win. It is a fight to the death to be crowned winner of the hunger games. Katniss gets chosen along with Peeta who is secretly in love with her. The Hunger Games is a great book with many twists and turns that you will not put down.
